IDEA Launch Labs - Hack the Problem

Great innovations start with problems worth solving. In this hands-on Lab, IDEA faculty and
mentors will introduce practical human-centered design tools and guide you through identifying
real needs, examining assumptions, and looking at a problem from the perspective of the people
affected by it.

Whether you are exploring a new idea or refining an existing one, you will work toward developing a
clearer problem statement that can guide what you do next.

Takeaway -  Leave with a clearer, stronger problem statement and a better understanding of the
problem you want to solve.

Rutgers faculty and IDEA may nominate promising student teams or individuals to participate in IDEA Launch Labs. Students may also self-nominate.
